We use Fair Trade Organic 100% Arabica beans from a cooperative in the highlands of Papua New Guinea.
The beans are a medium roast to give it a full flavour, with a nutty sweetness rounded out by delicate fruity finish with a touch of chocolate.
We recommend whole beans (and can help with grinder advice) but we also have coffee pre-ground. Because we roast regularly and freshly grind each order, you can be sure your coffee is sent to you as fresh as possible.
